SkinnyMe in 3, Energize for Free, Naturally!  This new cookbook, self help book was the creation of Betty Jean Cobb, former model and gourmet member.  I have combined all my new organic recipes with my traditional, international and quick and easy recipes to inspire health and wellness.  It was my struggle to loose and maintain weight with every day challenges.  The PH factor was new to me about five years ago when I began to seek a personal nutritionist who spoke about alkaline.  My coworkers relatives had terminal cancer and with good nutrition they began to improve.  I decided to become proactive and learn more about nutrition.  The PH zone is where we want to be along with measuring acidity we can balance ourselves to greater health.  The 3 day diet plan is easy and a variety of nutritious recipes and smoothies can get you in balance and feeling more energized.  It is not all about the way you look;  it is about the way you FEEL.
